MOST POPULAR QUESTION – HOW DO I KEEP MY PRICES SO LOW?
I import my designs from Thailand. I believe by keeping prices low, customers will purchase more designs from my range. When I started, it was the customers that told me they have been searching for less expensive costumes but still good quality. They also told me that they were very happy with both quality and prices and would return the following year and true to their word, these same customers continue to purchase many outfits every year. Therefore, I do everything in my power to continue with the lowest prices possible. My current customers help me to keep the prices low by searching the pricelist and website to find suitable outfits for themselves, purchase samples to reduce returns and promptly pay on time. I hope you as a new customer will to help me to keep the prices low too.

1.DO WE TAKE CREDIT CARD?
Yes, we accept credit card payments – either ring/fax or email inside a word doc for safety. We always need written authorization – please provide this confirmation in your email.

2. WHAT SIZE IS 60CM?
Please measure your child or children as I only work in cm measures, this is more accurate.
The CM measurement is the opening of skirt or the width of the top, with a little stretch allowed.

3. DO WE HAVE A WHOLESALE PRICELIST OR DISCOUNT FOR BULK ORDERS?
The price list provided is the wholesale price and no further discounts provided. I work on the best possible price for everyone, every outfit, everyday.

4. CAN I GET SAMPLES?
You may purchase samples at the normal price – but any unsuitable samples are refundable via crediting your account towards your order and fully refundable if you choose not to purchase at all. SEE REFUND POLICY.

5. CAN I BUY MORE IF MY CLASS SIZE INCREASES?
Yes, In most outfits, I carry extra stock. I will let you know if an outfit you purchase is a discontinued item.

6. WHAT IF AN OUTFIT I ORDER IS UNAVAILABLE WHEN YOU GO OVERSEAS?
Occassionally, when fabric is discontinued on my buying trip, I always bring back a substitution set of outfits, either in the same or similar colour or design. You are not obligated to accept my substitution, you can choose another outfit or I will refund your money.

7. WHAT METHODS OF CARGO DO YOU USE?
I use the exact charge AUSTRALIA POST charges me, though occasionally if I am unsure of the amount, I will charge you an amount and refund the overpayment either in stamps inside the parcel or credit your account.
During the busier months, I will use a cargo company for larger parcels.
AUSTRALIA POST IS USUALLY THE CHEAPEST METHOD FOR COUNTRY AREAS.

8. CAN I USE MY COURIER TO PICK UP AN ORDER?
Yes, you can use your courier service. Just ring to arrange with Angelbows when your order is ready.

9. WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Items IN STOCK and items TO ORDER will usually be invoiced separately for simplicity.
IN STOCK – payment due strictly within 7 days of invoice – or items return to stock for resale.
TO ORDER – prior to ordering. I will advise you when payment due.

ORDERS FOR MY MAJOR BUYING TRIPS ARE USUALLY REQUIRED 1 WEEK PRIOR TO MY LEAVING THE COUNTRY. DEPENDING ON WHAT I AM PURCHASING FOR YOU.
