Angelbows - HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

Increases in paperwork, staff and exchanges are the cause of price increases. In continuing our effort to keep prices as low as possible, Angelbows Dancewear has invested in a new bar coding and stocktaking system. The aim of this new software is to increase efficiency to process more orders as we continue to supply an ever growing and satisfied customer data base.

I take pride in the personal customer relationships I have built over the last few years but to continue this personal contact we need to make some important changes. I need to receive your orders in a more streamline manner. So we have put in place the following guidelines to help you place your orders.

A)    EMAIL OR FAX YOUR ORDER

B)    EVERY ORDER INCLUDE - studio name, delivery address, postal address, phone numbers.

C)    CREDIT CARD DETAILS – prioritize your order but no payments processed until confirmation is received. We can keep your card on secure file for processing.

D)    ALL ITEMS - should be ordered in a table format or attached in exel spreadsheet.

E)    Include the item code, description of item, quantity, sizes, colour, second colour preference.

F)    Include your original  WAIST SIZES if available – this will help us if requested sizes are not available.

G)    Age group of children for each design.

H)    PLEASE REMEMBER TO ACCOUNT FOR SAMPLES ALREADY ORDERED – the most paperwork I incur is correcting invoices to delete the samples that customers forgot they have already received. (With 100’s of orders it is not possible to remember what samples were already purchased on your original order, particularly if some time has passed).
