NEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION

 FIRSTLY, I LOVE MY JOB. I LOVE HELPING CUSTOMERS AND I WANT THE TASK OF BUYING COSTUMES MADE SIMPLE AND INEXPENSIVE FOR BOTH YOUR STUDIO AND YOUR PARENTS.

ANGELBOWS IS A BUDGET PRICED DANCE COSTUMES SUPPLIER- with no costume over $40, we at Angelbows Dancewear want to keep prices as low as possible. To achieve this we need you the customer to be organized and check the website before emailing with any questions. We need to keep the business of selling costumes quick and simple.

LOCATION  OF STOCK – TAYLORS BEACH, PORT STEPHENS (1 HOUR NORTH NEWCASTLE).

WE WELCOME ALL VISITORS TO VIEW OUR RANGE BY APPOINTMENT AT OUR SHOWROOM OR ONLINE.

INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS - WE HAVE AN AIRPORT LOCATED ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY AND WILL GLADLY PICK YOU UP FOR A DAYS VISIT AND RETURN YOU FOR YOUR AFTERNOON OR EVENING FLIGHT HOME.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS – INTERNET BANKING & CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Money Orders are also accepted.  (we accept cheques from EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS ONLY)

PROCESSING AND DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER –

Processing your order takes 1-2 days for small orders. Large orders take longer.

We like to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment where possible.

URGENT ORDERS must be accompanied by a credit card number. FAX/RING OR send in 2 sections in separate emails – don’t forget the expiry date.

INTERNET PAYMENTS

Email the full banking confirmation and include invoice number and studio name when making deposit.  Orders will not be dispatched without the confirmation or we wait until the payment arrives in the account. A receipt number is insufficient proof of payment – should we require to chase your payment we need full confirmation details.

DELIVERY CHARGES  - I ENSURE THE CHEAPEST METHOD ALL OVER AUSTRALIA
I make every effort to use the least expensive method – Fastway Couriers or Australia Post

Freight charges from overseas to Australia – urgent orders only

Please note – OUR PRICES ARE FOR INSTOCK ITEMS ONLY.

We purchase stock up to 12 months in advance to keep our prices low.

All of our freight is forwarded to us by a sea cargo method – this takes 6 weeks approx.

URGENT ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES – ITEMS ARE CHARGED AT $2 PER OUTFIT OR $1 FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS with minimum charges of $50-100 per box. To avoid these charges order early for items not in stock. Remember orders need to be manufactured and takes 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year.

Invoices and Payments                    
Upon receiving your order in writing, I will then answer any questions or advise necessary information and provide an invoice via email. The invoice contains the banking details at the bottom of the invoice.

Invoices can not be issued correctly without a delivery address and contact numbers.

Provide a land line also where possible.

Orders must be paid immediately upon receiving your invoice.

If your payment is not received within 7 days, your order will be returned to stock.

Exchanges will also be invoiced and payments required, exchanges will be credited when I have received the original item. Please check our excellent returns policy.

COLOURS
Colours are listed next to each item on the website. You are welcome to ask if a colour is not listed. I will then check with the manufacturer for availability.

SIZES

Most outfits are available in 3 flexible sizes, 30-50, 40-60cm and 60-80cm. I can also order 80-100cm but do not keep many stock in this larger size. Cheerleading outfits are specific measurements and I suggest purchasing a number of sizes for samples before ordering the whole set.  Some tiny tot outfits are also specific sizes. Ballet outfits are also sized. I use cm measurement rather than sizes, as this reduces the amount of returns. Leotards are very generous – I strongly recommend purchasing sample sizes.

THERE IS A SIZING CONVERSION CHART ON THE BACK OF EVERY WITH COMPLIMENTS SLIP.

SAMPLES ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

We will credit or refund any outfits that you decide not to purchase (outfits must be in excellent condition – must not be overstretched or ripped or dirty or smell of cigarette smoke). Any whole sets ordered without purchasing samples first will incur a service fee if they require exchanging. Check the returns policy for more detailed information.

PRICES

Prices are now listed on the website with the item. Price on the front page indicates the starting price. More detailed prices are available in the listing. Please note – this is a price range eg $13-17. The price listed is the cost of the sizes listed only. Should you wish to purchase a special order or sizes not listed the price may differ. Why does the price differ? – because sizes are larger than listed – I may have discounted but not advertised it as clearance. Odd items maybe sent by express air to get them to you quickly – many factors will change the price. Though, I try to advise every price – when discussing lots of issues regarding your order either of us may forget a vital piece of information – I apologize. If unsure of a price ask.

Super hero’s – not advertised on website – ask for photos
Spiderman – size 2/3 only avail $5.50
Superman – sizes 2,4,6,8,10 $5.50
Batman – sizes 2,4,6,8,10 $5.50

Supergirl – size 2-10 $15 comes with a red skirt with a flexible waist – LISTED ON THE WEBSITE.
