FIRSTLY, I LOVE MY JOB. I LOVE HELPING CUSTOMERS AND I WANT THE TASK OF BUYING COSTUMES MADE SIMPLE AND INEXPENSIVE FOR BOTH YOUR STUDIO AND PARENTS.

ANGELBOWS IS A BUDGET PRICED DANCE COSTUMES SUPPLIER
- with no costume over $40, we at Angelbows Dancewear want to keep prices as low as possible. To achieve this we need you the customer to be organized and check the website and pricelist before emailing with any questions. We need to keep the business of selling costumes quick and simple.

WE WELCOME ALL VISITORS TO VIEW OUR RANGE BY APPOINTMENT AT OUR SHOWROOM OR  ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO VIEW ON OUR WEBSITE, UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE A CATALOGUE).
INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS - WE HAVE AN AIRPORT LOCATED ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY AND WILL GLADLY PICK YOU UP FOR A DAYS VISIT AND RETURN YOU FOR YOUR AFTERNOON OR EVENING FLIGHT HOME.

PREFERED METHOD OF CONTACT EMAIL
Email is our preferred method to receive orders and questions – this gives us time to check the stock and reply back to you.
Please use your STUDIO NAME IN THE SUBJECT EVERY EMAIL – many customers have the same Christian name – I have a great memory but I don’t want to make a mistake.
Though email is a convenient method of contact, we also love the personal contact with new customers, to you help learn quickly how Angelbows Dancewear can offer the best services for your studio.

METHODS OF PAYMENTSCREDIT CARD IS THE PREFERRED METHOD and receives 1st Priority, Internet banking is also accepted. (WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHEQUES – as our warehouse is a considerable distance from the nearest bank). No Credit card fees are charged.

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
We like to dispatch all orders the same day we receive your payment - if possible. Our only delay in dispatching is waiting for your payment.
URGENT ORDERS must be accompanied by a credit card number. FAX/RING OR ATTACH INSIDE A WORD DOC –(but do NOT name the file “banking details” for obvious reasons – I will know what the file is).
INTERNET BANKING – you will need to email the full banking confirmation and include invoice number and studio name when making deposit.  Orders will not be dispatched without the confirmation or we wait until the payment arrives in the account.

DELIVERY CHARGES  - I ENSURE THE CHEAPEST METHOD ALL OVER AUSTRALIA
I make every effort to use the least expensive method – Fastway Couriers or Australia Post

Freight charges from overseas to Australia – urgent orders only
Freight from overseas to Australia is included in our prices, however urgent orders will require a $50-100 express air Freight charge. We will try to share your delivery with other customers to keep the cost minimal. To avoid this charge we recommend you place large orders early so that any items required to order (not in stock) can be shipped through our sea cargo company – this takes 5-6 weeks and sometimes a couple of weeks to manufacture the goods. THIS CHARGE WILL MAINLY AFFECT YOU IN THE LATER MONTHS OF THE YEAR WHEN ALL NON STOCK FREIGHT REQUIRES AIR FREIGHT TO ARRIVE URGENTLY.

Invoices and Payments                                                                                                                                                                             
Upon receiving your order in writing, I will then answer any questions or advise necessary information and provide an invoice via email. The invoice contains the banking details at the bottom of the invoice.
Invoices can not be issued correctly without a delivery address and contact numbers.
Provide a land line also where possible.
Orders must be paid immediately upon receiving your invoice.
If your payment is not received within 7 days, your order will be returned to stock.

Exchanges will also be invoiced and payments required, exchanges will be credited when I have received the original item. Please check our excellent returns policy.

COLOURS
Most items are available in most colours but it is impossible to carry them all in stock, so I carry 3 or 4 colours of each design. Standard colours. WHITE, BLACK, RED, PINK, LIME, BLUE, YELLOW, ORANGE, HOT PINK, PURPLE, SILVER, GOLD.
SIZES – SIZING IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE - I use cm measurement rather than sizes for most outfits, as this reduces the amount of returns. Leotards  and Tutus are very generous – these will only be supplied after samples have been ordered. We strongly suggest purchasing some leotard samples early in the season to have on hand when you need to order this will save time. We have a conversion of cm/inches/sizes across the top of our pricelist. Please also download the conversion chart located under “angelbows dropdown menu”.
SAMPLES - I encourage the purchase of samples and will gladly refund any outfits that you decide not to purchase (outfits must be in excellent condition – must not be overstretched or ripped or dirty).
PRICELIST Can be downloaded and the relevant software details. Save it as for future use. Follow instructions carefully. Pricelist shows the available design down the left and sizes in stock across the top and prices of sizes that can be ordered are in black. $ value shows in red means these sizes can be ordered.  Website and pricelist are prepared together and should following in the same order. Please advise if a design is missing a price and we will correct the pricelist.

Super hero’s – not advertised on website – ask for photos
Spiderman – size 2/3 only avail $5.50
Superman – sizes 2,4,6,8,10 $5.50
Batman – sizes 2,4,6,8,10 $5.50
SUPERGIRL – size 2-10 $15 comes with a red skirt with a flexible waist – LISTED ON THE WEBSITE.

BALLET THEMED GIFTS – now available for purchase at very very affordable prices. These make great end of year gifts or registration gifts at the beginning of the year.
Updates- at Angelbows Dancewear we like to keep you informed but I personally do not like to receive newsletters every week, so in the early months we try to keep all email contact to absolutely necessary details, such as pricelist updates, new designs updated, new gift ideas, upcoming buying trips, therefore we do not send on a regular basis but as required. Send me your email details and I will add you to our appropriate mailing list.
