OUR SHOWROOM AND STOCK ARE LOCATED IN PORT STEPHENS (1 HOUR NORTH NEWCASTLE). WE WELCOME ALL VISITORS TO VIEW OUR RANGE BY APPOINTMENT AND WE HAVE AN AIRPORT LOCATED ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY AND WILL GLADLY PICK YOU UP FOR A DAYS VISIT AND RETURN YOU FOR YOUR AFTERNOON OR EVENING FLIGHT HOME. FREE ACCOMODATION CAN BE ARRANGED FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY OR DRIVING CUSTOMERS. SEND ME AN EMAIL FOR MORE INFORMATION. YES, YOU CAN COME TO THE SHOWROOM AND VIEW COSTUMES, PLACE AN ORDER, MAKE PAYMENT AND TAKE HOME YOUR PURCHASE –SAME DAY. JUST REMEMBER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Payments
Internet banking and Credit card payments and Money Orders are accepted. (NO LONGER ACCEPT CHEQUES – as I live a considerable distance from the nearest bank). All orders must be accompanied by a credit card number, though payments will not be deducted before you receive your invoice. Please advise if you wish to internet bank – you will need to email the full banking confirmation and include invoice number and studio name when making deposit. When paying by credit card – fax your details or attach your banking details inside a word document (but do NOT name the file “banking details” for obvious reasons – I will know what the file is.

Delivery charges
I make every effort to use the least expensive method – Fastway Couriers or Australia Post
Newcastle courier deliveries $6.00 up to 25kg. Sydney courier deliveries $10.00 up to 25kg. Capital cities on east coast $20 under 10kg and the most you will pay is $50 for 25kg cubic.
I travel to Sydney most months, so if I can bring to Sydney to save you a delivery fee, I will – pick up will be at Castle Hill. Some country area can be more expensive – so to overcome this you need to order in one large order, or have them delivered to a friend or relative in a major city and collect personally – I advise ordering well in advance.

Invoices
Orders must be received via email or fax, I will then answer any questions or advise necessary information and provide an invoice. The invoice contains the banking details. Invoices can not be issued correctly without a delivery address and contact numbers (provide a land line also where possible). Orders must be paid for within 7 days or your order will be returned to stock. Exchanges will also be invoiced and payments required, exchanges will be credited when I have received the original item. Please check our excellent returns policy.
ALL EMAILS – PLEASE PUT YOUR STUDIO NAME IN THE SUBJECT – I HAVE A GREAT MEMORY BUT I ALSO HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME NAME. INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT NUMBERS EVERY EMAIL ALSO.

Colours
Most items are available in most colours but it is impossible to carry them all in stock, so I carry 3 or 4 colours of each design. Standard colours. WHITE, BLACK, RED, PINK, LIME, BLUE, YELLOW, ORANGE, HOT PINK, PURPLE, SILVER, GOLD.
SIZES Most outfits are available in 2 flexible sizes 40-60cm and 60-80cm. I can also order 80-100cm but do not keep many stock in this larger size. Cheerleading outfits are specific measurements and I suggest purchasing a number of sizes for samples before ordering the whole set. Some tiny tot outfits are also specific sizes. Ballet outfits are also sized. I use cm measurement rather than sizes, as this reduces the amount f returns.
SAMPLES I encourage the purchase of samples and refund any outfits that you decide not to purchase (outfits must be in excellent condition – must not be overstretched or ripped or dirty). Any whole sets ordered without purchasing samples first will incur a service fee if they require exchanging. Check the returns policy for more details.
PRICELIST Can be downloaded and the relevant software details And save it as for future use. Follow instructions carefully.
