CHANGES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY FOR
2012.
Angelbows Dancewear is about saving
your studio and your parents money. This can only be achieved by
saving us time. Time is money.
SAMPLES –
WE STRONGLY
RECOMMEND BUYING SAMPLES – this will save you money and save us both
time. A service fee is only applied to exchanged items – when you did
not purchase samples. If you are not happy with your samples these can
be exchanged and credited to your account. Refunded ONLY to brand new
customers if you choose not to purchase any Angelbows Dancewear.
CREDITS -
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make
from this site, contact us immediately. Return your purchase within 7
days. You will receive a credit to your account - providing all items
are complete, undamaged, not dirty or smell of cigarette smoke. (we
will charge $5 per outfit if items require washing, and $2 if labels
are removed). Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and
return of goods.
EXCHANGES –
we happily exchange all purchases.
a) $20 service fee maybe applied –when you wish to exchange a whole
set of outfits (regardless of samples purchased). (it takes time to
check and re-enter goods to stock)
b) $1 per item service fee applies – to exchanging sizes when no
samples were purchased.
I
understand that students will not perform and the need to change
quantities is necessary. Please contact me immediately, so that I can
return the item to stock. A credit will be applied to your invoice,
and applied towards future orders.
RETURNS AT END OF SEASON –
we happily credit back unused spare outfits.
All returns must be received
before December 31st– no exception. While you are enjoying a well
deserved break, I am counting and restocking for the new season. I am
also reconciling accounts and organizing your credits. However, due to
a lack of communication in the past - through January, credits will be
applied to your account for future purchases.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no
charge" replacement, freight free. The damaged product must be
returned to us for assessment before you will receive your
replacement(or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of
breakage) to us for assessment.
