Terms and Conditions:

Payment in Full is required:
a) Directly upon receiving your invoice – we can not reserve stock.
b) prior to special orders being placed to the overseas manufacturer.

c) WE CAN NOT RESERVE STOCK – payment is required immediately upon receiving invoice.

d)We accept credit card (enclose your details inside a word doc – attach) or ring or fax details for payment.

e) Angelbows banking details are located at the bottom of your invoice.

f) We can no longer accept cheques – due to distance from banking facilities.

Samples-

Our policy is to strongly encourage you to buy samples. Buying samples prior to placing your order will reduce exchanges and wasted time and dissapointment. Exchanges will incur a service fee if you do not purchase samples.Please check the Returns policy - Advise me immediately if you have any issues.

Delivery of your order
a) All orders are sent via the cheapest method.

Fastway Couriers or registered OR express Post within Australia.


b) urgent deliveries – items must be paid for before dispatch – no exceptions. Credit card payments are available in this instant.

c) Freight costs from overseas are included – urgent orders incur additional freight charges of $2 per outfit or $1 per item. Minimum box charges are $50-100 depending on size and weight.

Check your measurements before ordering should your special order be unavailable during my purchasing trips I will always endeavour to provide a substitute though you are not obligated to accept it and I will happily refund your money.

 CHECKING INVOICES is your responsibility -

We give you the opportunity to check your invoice prior to payment – it is your responsibility to check the invoice for erorrs. If there is an error in colour or size – or the address is incorrect – advise immediately. We will not be responsible if an error occurs. I apologise for any errors and will do everything in my powers to correct the error but if an error occurs and you do not advise me – you will be recharged for deliver charges and the cost of returning goods will be at your expense.

PRICES –we take all care – BUT SOMETIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

DISCLAIMER – Angelbows Dancewear provides the highest quality products. We advise that all designs are purchased from overseas off the rack. Occasionally colour matching or sewing faults occur, this is out of our control & sometimes even out of our manufacturers control if the fabric is also purchased at different times. We will make every effort to advise you if we know in advance. This is one of the main reasons Angelbows Dancewear chooses to keep prices very affordable.  We also take this opportunity to remind customers, in order to keep our prices low – it is physically not possible to check every single outfit (prepacked) and should a minor sewing fault occur, that while we are happy to exchange we ask you that-  if it can be repaired on your end you will save us both time and money. Major faults are gladly exchanged and we will pay for freight in each direction if we believe you were not able to repair with a little hand sewing on your end.
